UNIOX.AI keeps this simple. We collect only the information you choose to share with us, and we use it only to do the work you came here for. This page explains what we hold, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you send through an enquiry form or by email: your name, work email, role, and whatever you tell us about your project.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and rough location at the country level.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we would rather you did not send any through the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, to scope and deliver an engagement, and to improve this site. A senior partner reads enquiries directly. We do not run you through an automated sales funnel.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it across client engagements. We do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. If you ask us to remove your details sooner, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@uniox.ai and we will handle it.
